HomeBridge ("we", "our", or "us") is a price comparison and market intelligence app built for The Gambia and its diaspora. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

• Profile information: Name, phone number, and role (customer, vendor, driver, or laborer)

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these cases:

• With vendors: When you contact a vendor or request a product, your message is shared with that vendor
• With service providers: We use Cloudinary (image storage), Railway (server hosting), and Expo (app platform)
• With Google: If you use Google Sign In, Google processes your authentication
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Railway in the United States. Images are stored on Cloudinary's secure cloud storage. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

5. Location Data

We request location permission to show nearby vendors and calculate distances. Location data is used only within the app and is not stored on our servers or shared with third parties. You can deny location permission and still use most features of the app.

6. Push Notifications

We send push notifications for price alerts, vendor responses, and app updates. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of marketing communications
